What you see in your Taja dashboard is incorrect as we did not build a custom dashboard for Appsumo users but you are on tier 4 ltd. Q: Did we get BAMBOOZLED with Taja's UNLIMITED plan ?
I see that Taja has a new plan called Pro Plan, but I was under the impression that I would be grandfathered into the upgrades after getting all 4 tiers. I am very confused cause the new plan has:
YouTube Long Form Optimization (Unlimited) Shorts Generation (Unlimited & No Watermark) Team Collaboration (5 Seats) Blog, LinkedIn, and Threads Post Generation Content Scheduling Across All Platforms Content Idea Generation
Can someone explain this?

Without warning, they restricted my usage to three videos every four hours (I have unlimited access). I contacted them and they said they'd look into it, and it stayed that way for a while. I confirmed that it was them who had limited my account, and they wouldn't even let me log in on weekends. I told them everything, including calling them scammers. And they told me it was because I used it too
I am trying to log into my Taja account, all my clips are still there and it looks like I am in a trial version. However I bought a lifetime deal. In the past I delt with a lot of problems and these kind of things really slow down my workflow as you can imagine.
Q: I bought Tier 4 but I'm getting Tier 1 features why ?
My account showing Tier 1 whiles i bought the full package TIER 4. I can't add team members. what do i do

Q: Do we need to copy and paste descriptions and tags created by Taja or do you auto sync with out Youtube Videos?
