Hello, I am trying to log into my Taja account but all my clips have disappeared and it looks like I am in a trial version. However I bought a life time deal. In the past I delt with a lot of problems and these kind of things really slow down my work flow as you can imagine.

How will my failed log in attempt be solved asap?
