A: Thanks for the note. A channel is automatically added when you optimize a video from it. To connect multiple channels click on Profile and then scroll to the section where you can connect your accounts. Let me know if you have any questions.
I mainly am interested in taking podcast that hit the 1-2 hour mark. I went to the website to try the 7 day trail to see if it is something that fits my needs and so I tested it with a video that is just under 2 hours and its been around 3 hours at the point of this question and still has not created a Title, Description, Tags, or Transcript in addition to not making any Shorts yet, is this something that I should upload and then close the site and come back on later tonight?

A: Did you upload or add a youtube link? if you upload depending on the length and language it can take 20 minutes. If you use a YouTube link it takes 3 minutes to generate results. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Content will appear here automatically once ready." When I open the site in another window and look at the videos it still has the "processing" status on it. at this point it has been over four hours.
Q: Talking Head on my mobile phone recording and quick editing
Hey Mo and team, I hope you're well. I'm recording alot of 60-90 talking head me talking with some limited B-roll and auto generated captions on my mobile phone and I'm looking for rapid editing to upload to Youtube and LinkedIn. Please can you assist, is Taja the right product? Blessings to you Jon

A: Thanks for the note. At the moment we don't edit long form videos but this is in our roadmap for the future.
Q: Shorts issues since March--when will they be fixed?
Taja seems to be prioritizing new features over fixing existing issues. Shorts generation has had ongoing issues since March. For the last 2+ weeks, new shorts aren't properly orienting video at all and aren't usable. No response from support. When will you be fixing this issue?

Q: Option to Deactivate headshot in brandkit and where is next video idea feature in this Appsumo deal

1. is there an option to deactivate headshot feature in the brandkit if I don't headshot in the thumbnail?
2. On your official sale page under "Next Video Idea" >>> you have "Related Outliner Videos" feature but I can't find it here on Appsumo sale page. Is "Related Outliner Videos" feature not included in Appsumo offer?

A: Thanks for the note. We currently only generate thumbnails with faces in them. Will note your feature request of faceless thumbnails.
Regarding Next Video Idea- we revamped Taja and will be bringing that back shortly. It will be included in your account once we bring it back

Q: How long does a video take to process?

Please delete that video in the dashboard and then try again and it will work properly. Let me know if you have any questions or run into any issues.
