A: Thanks for the note. Tier 1 can connect 1 account. Tier 2 is 3 Tier 3 is 5 and tier 4 is up to 10. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi, I decided to ask a question before posting my review. The app only worked properly for the first few days after purchasing it, publishing videos according to the scheduled schedule. For some time now, despite scheduling content, it hasn't been published. I've reported this several times, and nothing has changed. Taja has enormous potential, but without this basic functionality, it's practically useless, as it requires a lot of manual work to copy content to various platforms. So, my questions are: 1. What's causing problems with publishing scheduled video content on YouTube? 2. Why does this issue affect videos and not shorts (publish now)? 3. When will this issue be fixed (ETA)?
Is there a way for me to save my preferences? For example, I don't want to set the fonts and the subtitle style for every single shorts. I want to set my preferences and have it applied to all the generated shorts.

Where do I find this in Taja? It would seem that to do things like "Discover fresh video ideas with Taja's AI-powered keyword research" that this would be something I would need to click on somewhere to discover these keywords to get fresh video ideas for example. I have Tier 4 that I bought in 2024.
