Q: Clarification on "Access to all future AI models may be available at a discounted rate.", part 1

I have purchased 4 codes, but upon reviewing the deal's terms and conditions again, I have some unresolved questions.

Definition of "Future AI Models":

What exactly is meant by "future AI models"? Does this include only minor updates to current models, or also major new architectures (e.g., GPT-5, Claude 4, etc.)?

If a radically new model is released in the future, would it be covered under the lifetime offer, or would it be treated as a separate service?

Guarantee of Access Without Additional Costs:

The term states that access "may be available at a discounted rate." Does this imply that future models might not be included in the lifetime offer, forcing users to pay full price?

I request this point be clarified using unambiguous language (e.g., "will be available" instead of "may be available").

Hey there,

Thanks for the note. All Sumo-Lings will have access to all new features and the latest model as well as any model updates we make under their LTD. There will be no additional charges or feature gating. Let me know if you have any questions.

Best,
Taja Team

As a lifetime deal user, I need to understand exactly what the clause 'Access to all future AI models may be available at a discounted rate' guarantees. Could you clarify what this includes/excludes, how you define 'future models,' and why the conditional 'may' is used instead of an explicit guarantee?
