Q: I bought Tier 4 but I'm getting Tier 1 features why ?

My account showing Tier 1 whiles i bought the full package TIER 4. I can't add team members. what do i do

I see that Taja has a new plan called Pro Plan, but I was under the impression that I would be grandfathered into the upgrades after getting all 4 tiers. I am trying to log into my Taja account, all my clips are still there and it looks like I am in a trial version. However I bought a lifetime deal. In the past I delt with a lot of problems and these kind of things really slow down my workflow as you can imagine.
