Q: I feel like we are being deceived.
What does YouTube have to do with it if the service doesn't even work when loading from a computer? Are they stalling so that people can't get a refund after a year? What's going on here? People cannot use your product, including new customers; the product is dead. Do you want to sell your product to investors that you can't find? Do you need help with that? Thereβs no point in promoting your product; it doesnβt work. What are you planning to do next? Reassess your strategy. I understand that the highest level is very cheap and unlimited; maybe you should reconsider it and inform future buyers of any changes. We are also willing to make concessions on our side so that you can stay in the market! You have gathered quite a few reviews and money to continue, but the issue is no longer about YouTube.

Jan 29, 2026A: Thanks for the sincere question. We understand why youβre frustrated, and we want to address this openly.
We acknowledge that some users have experienced performance and loading issues, particularly related to YouTube imports. This was caused by external YouTube API quota limitations combined with rapid user growth. While this explains the issue, we take responsibility for not communicating it earlier and more clearly.
Weβve since secured additional YouTube quota, brought on more engineers, and are actively improving performance and stability. Over the next two weeks, users should see meaningful improvements. Weβre also rolling out keyword updates this week, thumbnail improvements next week, and continuing broader product enhancements once stability is fully resolved.
We appreciate your direct feedback. Our focus remains on building a reliable, long-term product and we will update you on all the product updates via newsletter and Facebook group.
