Q: Is anyone actually able to access Taja in the past weeks?
Hi,
I wanted to check with other users here. For the past few weeks, support has been saying that the new version is launching “tomorrow” and that it will solve the current issues.
However, the old version has stopped working for me, and I still don’t have access to any new version. Is anyone here actually using:
-a working old version?
-the new rebuilt version they mentioned?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experience, just to understand whether this is a general issue or account-specific.

Mar 3, 2026A: Thanks for the note. We did release V1 of the new version and it is working well for users. The only users experiencing issues are for videos in other languages which we are working on a fix for. We are making rapid improvements to the new version. Please send us the videos you are experiencing issues with to Ibrahim at [email protected] and he will send it to the team to review and adjust.
