What is going on?

The app is slow and barely working, for 4 days now everytime I upload a link it takes forever and then says there's processing delays.

Support is pretty much non-existing since they do not reply.

Can someone please help?

FYI: the functionality is nothing like it was when I first purchased. It's a very stripped down version. Support is limited if any for long periods of time. Issues are being blamed on YouTube - I'll be monitoring these comments.
