A: Thanks for the note. We are committed to providing Appsumo users with the plans they paid for via Appsumo. We made changes to our plans that only affect the monthly paying customers not anyone on a lifetime deal.

You also downgraded my accounts from 5 seats to 1 seat, lowering the plan. I used to have the maximum plan, now it’s a lower one. Why are you lying? It’s impossible to contact you through the website, only here — you’re relying on moderation, but you have deceived your users. Either you restore my accounts to their proper state, or we will continue this conversation in a different format.

A: Thanks for the note. I just looked into your account and it is indeed on tier 4 ltd and you have 5 seats. What you see in your Taja dashboard is incorrect as we did not build a custom dashboard for Appsumo users but you are on tier 4 ltd. We have made adjustments to our monthly pricing but that does not affect Appsumo customers. He is not lying, everything was done quickly and I am very satisfied with this deal, but now not all functions work for a long time, I don't know where this is heading, but people who are not users of AppSumo pay monthly plans without receiving all the features, the prices remain the same, I think they are losing customers (but this is not certain).

Otherwise, the support helped me and I have a positive experience like most users, I recommend it after fixing the current issues.
