Q: Why is nothing working after the recent Taja AI fix attempt, and can lost credits be restored?

After contacting support about the YouTube publishing and rendering issues, I was told the team was working on a fix. However, the situation is now worse.

Currently, nothing in the platform is functioning correctly:

Shorts generation fails
Clips generation fails
Written content generation fails

The platform is completely unusable for me right now.

In addition, I already lost 4 of my 8 monthly credits while trying to test and troubleshoot these problems, even though no usable output was generated.

Could the team please clarify:

Is there an ongoing system-wide issue?
When is a fix expected?
Can failed credits be restored for affected users?

The app is very unstable. It worked this time, but the subtitles for the clips are being rendered to the right of the video, which is completely different from what’s shown in the preview, making the result look really weird. I’ve already used up 5 of my 8 credits, and so far I haven’t gotten any useful results—not because of the quality of the clips, but because the app’s basic functions don’t wo
