Around two years ago, I bought Taja, and it ranks among the best purchases I've made through AppSumo. Facing YouTube challenges without it is simply unimaginable—it has completely transformed my experience. The support team has been incredibly helpful as I learned to use Taja, and they continually enhance its platform, turning it into an exceptional tool. Honestly, YouTube would be much less enjoyable without Taja. I am very happy with my purchase, and you will be too once you add it to your media toolkit.

We’ve been using Taja since its AppSumo launch in 2024, and it’s become a core part of how we produce content—both for our own projects and for clients. Whether it’s turning long-form webinars into short, usable clips or quickly generating captions, titles, and social content, it saves a ton of time.

What really stands out is how consistently the platform has improved. The team is responsive, the updates keep coming, and it just keeps getting better.

If you’re on the fence, it’s absolutely worth it. We’ve stuck with it from day one—and honestly, we’d double down if we could.

I’ve been using Taja consistently for my podcast production workflow, and honestly, it’s been a huge asset for me.

I originally picked it up a couple years ago, and even back then it was already delivering solid value. Since then, the platform has gone through some pretty noticeable upgrades, especially around speed and overall usability. It’s significantly faster now, which makes a big difference when you’re processing a lot of content.

From a practical standpoint, this is one of those tools I actually use all the time. I produce podcasts not just for myself but for clients as well, and Taja fits right into that workflow. It helps streamline content creation, repurposing, and getting episodes ready without a ton of manual effort.

One area that’s gotten really strong is the thumbnail generation, it’s honestly pretty on point and saves a ton of time compared to doing everything manually. The scheduling and publishing features are also solid. Being able to move from content creation to actually getting it out the door in one place is a big win.

Also worth mentioning, anytime I’ve had a question or run into an issue, their team has been responsive and quick to help get things resolved so I can keep moving. That goes a long way when you’re relying on a tool day-to-day.

Is it perfect? No tool is. But for what I use it for, podcast production, content generation, and keeping things moving efficiently ... it absolutely delivers.

I think where this tool really shines is for creators and teams focused on content production, especially podcasts. If that’s your use case, there’s a lot of value here.

Bottom line: It’s gotten better over time, it’s faster than it used to be, and it’s a tool I rely on regularly in my actual workflow, not just something sitting on the shelf.

I purchased 4 codes of Taja back in 2023-24 and selected the full high package with the intention of using this for our team's content management. While I loved the concept initially and would have given 5 tacos, I'm deeply disappointed with how the platform has evolved over the past 2+ years.

CURRENT SITUATION & EXPECTATIONS:
I bought these codes specifically to enable my employees to manage our multilingual content creation pipeline. I've been holding back from handing this product to my team because of the unresolved issues - I can't put a tool in their hands that doesn't work properly for our language requirements.

Main Issues:

1. NO ROADMAP TRANSPARENCY: The roadmap is never updated. I have no visibility into what's coming, when features will be released, or if my requests are even being considered. This makes it impossible to plan team workflows.

2. BROKEN PROMISE ON MULTIPLE SOCIAL ACCOUNTS: This feature was supposed to be included in my high package but it was never delivered despite being listed among upcoming features. My employees need to manage multiple social media accounts from a single tool - this is a critical gap.

3. CRITICAL VIDEO TRANSCRIPTION/TRANSLATION BUG: When I upload an Urdu video, the system generates transcripts and captions in Hindi instead of Urdu. I've requested language selection features dozens of times over 2 years, but nothing has been implemented. The video shorts generated are in the wrong language, making them completely unusable for my audience. This is a dealbreaker for multilingual content teams.

4. NO LANGUAGE SELECTION: There's still no way to manually select or correct the language for transcription and translation. For a team managing content in multiple languages (Urdu, Hindi, English), this is a showstopper.

5. PLATFORM BECOMING NON-USABLE: Over time, the platform has become increasingly unreliable and laggy. Performance issues make it unsuitable for daily team use.

6. REPEATED REQUESTS IGNORED FOR OVER 2 YEARS: I've emailed support multiple times requesting the same critical features - especially video transcription in correct language. Each time they say "we will do it" but nothing happens. Last week I emailed again after months of silence, and I'm still waiting for a response. This pattern of broken promises has destroyed my confidence in the team.

WHY I'M NOT GIVING THIS TO MY EMPLOYEES YET:
I'm still waiting for meaningful improvements before I hand this product to my team. I need:
- Language selection for transcription/translation to work properly
- Multiple social account management
- A transparent, updated roadmap showing when features will be delivered
- Reliable platform performance

The core issue is that while they say "we will do it," years have passed with no meaningful improvements or transparency. For a paid lifetime deal with a high tier package designed for team use, I expected regular feature updates, better support for multilingual content creation, and professional-grade reliability.

VERDICT:
If you're a solo creator with English-only content, this might work. But if you're a team managing multilingual content or need multiple social account management, be aware of these critical gaps. The transcription/translation features are buggy for non-English languages, language selection is missing, and the company's responsiveness to feature requests is extremely poor. I cannot recommend this to other agencies or teams until these core issues are resolved.

I purchased four codes for this tool in December 2023 and continue to use it regularly. While the software experienced several issues over the past two years, the development team consistently kept users informed and addressed problems promptly. The recent UI redesign is clean and modern, and overall performance has noticeably improved. I’ve also seen some claims that the company doesn’t honor their Lifetime Deal (LTD) offer, but in my experience, that is simply not true. Keep up the good work 😀
