I loved this app and believed in it 100% and even made videos to pitch for it..but now every video I try to run fails 98% of the time. I can't link my accounts, I deleted one to see if I had too many accounts but now I cant even add anything back. I cannot re-optomize. I dont even get my affiliate payments anymore. I swear its like they have me blocked. I regret telling anyone to buy this at this point. I will happily update my review if my issues get fixed, but this has been literal months. Not to mention the never ending issues I've had with the content calendar scheduling. I've emailed several times and they always just close the case or pass the buck to someone who doesnt care to solve the issue. Their go to response is they forwarded it to someone who will take a closer look and I never hear back and the issues keep piling up.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews here from impatient users who don't seem to understand the immense technical difficulty of building a product like this.

I also have Castmagic, and frankly, it is struggling to auto-generate decent clips. In fact, their support team recently admitted to me that they had to switch to a new API because their previous provider went out of business, which is why their clips are currently buggy and unstable.

While they are making excuses about "new integrations," Taja is actually delivering. It is generating amazing clips and Shorts for me right now—no excuses, just results.

For me, this is the most underrated gem on AppSumo. Taja is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate, whereas I found Castmagic clunky and hard to use. If you want a tool that actually works for video today, ignore the noise and get Taja.

The application stopped working. I cannot even log in any more.

I've contacted Appsumo customer service, and I hope they do the right thing, because they are giving me boilerplate responses about a Taja refund. This software barely worked for the 3 months I started with it and it went downhill fast. There is just issue after issue and they pretend like "it's OK", and it is NOT!

Big waste of Time and Money, nothing works. (Maybe it did for when they launched here, but nothing since then!)

RESPONSE TO THIS GUY'S RESPONSE: This IS NOT just one issue. Your entire platform is broken. Everything from trying to connect accounts (especially Youtube) to trying to actually post content and have it do what it's supposed to do. I have waited months for you to fix stuff. Just give up and give everyone their money back!

I spend lots of money to get a higher tier but The platform is basically unusable, this is fraud. This company is not to be trusted. before leaving this review I sent out an email but nothing has been resolved to make the platform perform any better can't optimize a simple 30 second video, this is fake marketing for a lifetime deal.
