I purchased 2 codes for the "lifetime" deal. After several months of not using Taja, I logged in and, to my surprise, the upper right-hand corner no longer says 'unlimited,' but '120 credits.' What!. How does 120 credits equate to a "lifetime" deal? This is clearly a bait-and-switch! Why was it removed? Please restore my "lifetime" deal...Lifetime should mean exactly what it says...LIFETIME! I will clearly be following up with AppSumo if this is not quickly remedied
In addition, I'm able to quickly turn a 1-hour+ video into bite-sized content in a breeze, but compared to comparative competition like "Opus", "Vizard", and "Exemplary", etc... a few more features need to be grafted into the suite.

I was having difficulty redeeming my code and I reached out to Taja a couple of times. They never responded, but just added me to their email list. I never was able to log in. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, I was not able to reach customer support at Taja.
I had a problem activating my Appsumo codes, and they are still not activated because customer support is non-responsive. I'm very disappointed.
