I've contacted Appsumo customer service, and I hope they do the right thing, because they are giving me boilerplate responses about a Taja refund. This software barely worked for the 3 months I started with it and it went downhill fast. There is just issue after issue and they pretend like "it's OK", and it is NOT!

Big waste of Time and Money, nothing works. (Maybe it did for when they launched here, but nothing since then!)

RESPONSE TO THIS GUY'S RESPONSE: This IS NOT just one issue. Your entire platform is broken. Everything from trying to connect accounts (especially Youtube) to trying to actually post content and have it do what it's supposed to do. I have waited months for you to fix stuff. Just give up and give everyone their money back!

I spend lots of money to get a higher tier but The platform is basically unusable, this is fraud. This company is not to be trusted. before leaving this review I sent out an email but nothing has been resolved to make the platform perform any better can't optimize a simple 30 second video, this is fake marketing for a lifetime deal.

I have had problems from the start with this software. Almost every time there is a delay. I have had to delete and resubmit things over and over.
When it works it's good but it's few and far between.
Now it seems like it's just down. I keep getting "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again or contact support if the issue persists."
It has done nothing but "persisted." Big waste of money that has cost me a lot of time.

I loved Taja when it did work, however since several month is stopped working with all kind of issues. The Taja team did also try to upsell me to another lifetime for almost 1000USD on the same Taja product which does not work anymore.

What a shame.

I wasted a lot of money on this app, which no longer works. I've sent multiple emails over the past year (to Ibrahim and his colleagues) about fixes and bugs, but nothing has been done to improve it. The app has only gotten worse and is now unusable. What happened to the money we invested in this product? If this tool comes back, don’t buy it because it seems to have been abandoned.

P.S. I’m on the highest tier, "Unlimited," but even old videos I created eight months ago won’t download anymore. It asks me to upgrade, even though it shows I’m on LTD Unlimited. I’ve switched to Opus Clips and now have to pay monthly just to get reliable short videos because this tool hasn’t worked for months.

We’ve been scammed out of our money. I’ve complained to AppSumo for a month with no resolution, and despite many users raising the same issues, nothing has been done to protect us customers. I’m now going to pursue legal action with my lawyer against Taja to get my money back. This is completely unacceptable business practice, promising a lifetime deal for a tool that no longer works for months and is completely broken.

If you’re also having a bad experience, I recommend adding your review here and on Trustpilot so new customers are aware of Taja as a company.
