A: Good question! It runs when your computer is open/on. If you’re tier 4 or below. If you’re on tier 5 or 6 (or bought cloud hours from us) then it just runs in the cloud ;)

Q: What tier for an individual who wants all the features and flexibility?
I'm very interested in TaskMagic but I just can't figure out what tier I should be looking at. What do I lose out on if I'm buying in at Tier 1, 2, 3, or 4?
I just an individual who wants to play with automating as much of my cyber-based life as possible. So what is the minimum tier for me, and what tier is easily overkill?
Does Tier 1 have access to the import flow feature?
In very basic terms, what will I be unable to do at Tiers, 1, 2, 3, or 4?
A: Hey nilblank - I’d say the best overall tier is tier 4 or 5. You get access to all apps and browser recording and webhooks etc. you can grow with it too. If you don’t use it all NOW you have most features and things. End of the day, Tier 4 bc it comes with apps so you have both ways to automate ;)

Q: How cloud hours work
Quick question, if the automation is trigger by a webhook, does activating the automation count as cloud hours or only the run time?
