I am trying your tool out and having an issue (429 error) and I submitted the bug on the form and haven't heard anything. Is there an email to reach out to support or live chat? I'm on the free version and willing to use the paid version but I don't want to start that if the support isn't there to solve the current issues.

Your Tier benefits have already been activated.
I’m sorry this has been frustrating, and I understand why you’re concerned.
The reason the heartforjapan account appears as Free is that the Tier 3 benefits were activated on a Space under another account, not under the heartforjapan email account. AppSumo benefits are tied to a Space, not directly to each email account.
Q: Are the 600k rows per base or the entire space combined?
In below review, you mentioned the rows limits are per base, but I don't think so! https://appsumo.com/products/teable/reviews/awesome-platform-and-team-375216/
You said row limits are per base, but inside Settings---> Billing, I see the combined count of all bases counted towards 600k rows.

Sorry about that. I made a mistake in my previous reply.
The row limit is per space, not per base. So the combined row count across all bases in the same space counts toward the 600k row limit. The description on our pricing page is correct.
Q: Teable Tier 2 – Custom Domain restricted to Tier 3 with no upgrade path available
Hey! I'm a Teable Tier 2 user with a concern I think affects other buyers.
When I purchased, Custom Domain was listed as "coming soon" with no mention of being Tier 3 exclusive. Now it shows as "not included" in my plan — and since Teable is sold out on AppSumo, there's no way to upgrade.
A randomized URL is not viable for my use case. Had I known, I would have chosen a higher tier or reconsider...

At the moment, Teable App Builder only supports building Next.js web apps. Native iOS and Android app publishing is not supported yet.
