Q: Hello, I paid for a couple of these and as of 2 or 3 days ago, I only have one and one is a FREE ACCOUNT.
Hello, DO YOU NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS?
DO YOU NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAID FOR?
CAN YOU NOT PLEASE MAKE MY heartforjapan ACCOUNT WORKING?
I paid and twice a day wrote in stating that heartforjapan's gig got revoked or displaced even though originally i bought a couple of these platforms and now one of them says FREE.
PLEASE respond to my emails or fix the problem ... if you let this go on then I will be out $300. I just want my heartforjapan account working ... can you please do that.
I hate to resort here but in 60 hours and 5 or more emails you do not do anything to my account.

Your Tier benefits have already been activated.
I’m sorry this has been frustrating, and I understand why you’re concerned.
The reason the heartforjapan account appears as Free is that the Tier 3 benefits were activated on a Space under another account, not under the heartforjapan email account. AppSumo benefits are tied to a Space, not directly to each email account.
Please log in with the other account, click the Space name in the top-left corner, open the Space list, and switch to the Space with the Tier 3 benefits.
Also, we replied to your emails from [email protected] on May 7, May 8, and May 13. The May 13 email explains this account issue in more detail. If you didn’t see those replies, please check your spam/junk folder or whether emails from [email protected] were blocked.
