Q: Why does my account no longer work, and only provide me with errors about upgrading, but not show any options?

I have asked about this before, and nothing has been cleared up with AS deal license holders. What is going on? Why does my account no longer work?

The only response it gives us is below; the key in place was functional, and we even added a new one to be sure. Nothing makes it work again, and we have now lost an entire weekend of work due to it.

Q: after buying plan 3 I only have 2 seats

Can someone please help me understand why I’m seeing only 2 seats with my Plan 3? Although I have bought Appsumo LTD plan 3, I just have 2 seats instead of the ones I have purchased: "You've reached the member limit 2 / 2. Upgrade your plan to invite more team members and unlock additional features in Team-GPT."

Q: Business v Growth Tier

Can Appsumo users implement custom APIs as shown in the Growth Tier? I see that Business does not show this option.
I have an API from a custom service provider that I would like to implement.
When I try to add a model, I see Custom Service (coming soon)

AppSumo users can bring their own API keys for standard models like OpenAI, Claude, etc. However, "custom models" refers to the ability to add completely custom LLMs, which is currently only available for Enterprise clients.
