The upgrade to version 2.0 has unfortunately caused significant issues for me. Previously, the product was highly valued and used frequently for various tasks. However, the new version has introduced several problems:

Workspace functionality: We are experiencing errors and broken features in ourworkspaces. In particular among the broken features are the "Import chat history from ChatGPT" among others.

Navigation issues: The left navigation doesn't work properly, making it difficult to access chats.

Limited AI integration: Despite earlier promises, access to AI providers beyond OpenAI, Azure, and Anthropic is now restricted to the enterprise version.

We are quite disappointed with the direction of the product, feeling that the update has left us behind and failed to deliver on promised improvements. The once-loved tool is now causing frustration.

While the AppSumo tier3 was appreciated, the issues with 2.0 and the limitations for non-enterprise users have significantly impacted the overall user experience and satisfaction. This evolution leaves a bad aftertaste regarding LTD (Lifetime Deal) offers in general. It seems we're caught in a lose-lose situation: either tools become successful and leave early adopters behind, or they fail to deliver on their initial promises and go out of business within a year or so. This experience makes it difficult to trust and invest in future LTD offers, as the long-term value and support for early adopters seem uncertain.

This product is more than amazing. So amazing that we tired it into our large ecosystem... and then...

Then they decided to change their business model and now you do not get unlimited workspaces. Instead you are limited with the workspaces that you have from this transition... Which is one.

It's great for single users, but the broken their agency usage.

Not sure how to rate it... was a 5 star... now... I would easily ask for a refund...

I think this is maybe the 2nd or 3rd review I've written since joining Appsumo. So, take that how you wish, but I am still geeking out at how much Team-GPT can do and I STILL haven't scratched the surface.

This is one of the best, most satisfying purchases I have made since joining. They stay in touch, give massive value and don't seem to be looking to milk or curdle their early LTD backers as they grow.

I'm excited to see what they do next, especially with the way AI is changing our lives.

Left nav doesnt work in 2.0, you cannot see chats, other issues have also cropped up. I also just noticed that you have to have enterprise version to use more than OpenAI, Azure and Antrhropic despite being promised to be brought along for updates... We are bringing our own keys, so why exclude sumolings from this?

Loved this at first for my team, and honestly they have a great free tier as well... but very disappointed in the direction they went in here. 2.0 is just awful/broken, no ability to connect OpenAI assistants still, and now we are being left behind with other AI connections.

Likely will end up another AS shelfware. Sad.
