Q: UGC, Video Ads, AI Voice for Sales, WhatsAPP, & LLM for Revenue Generation
"Hi Daniel & Jeff,
I am a solo non-technical founder with a startup SAAAS.
I want to replace myself with AI doing the heavy lifting & I want to focus my time on relationships and revenue.
I see the potential of Teampal!!
1. Can TeamPal natively generate UGC video ads and Founder-style short videos (scripts paired with AI digital avatars/talking heads)? Or do we have to purchase a separate...
does published public agents link can be customized? Is there a way to limit access, embed for a use case of selling agents, like a clients portal?
can be disabled "powered by teampal" on public link?
Chatting with a public link as a customer - does chats are saved from client's side or everytime starts a new chat and the old one is deleted?
If not, is it on the roadmap?
Thanks

A: Here are the clear answers to your questions:
1. Customized public links & CNAME: Currently, this is not supported. All public agent links use our default URL structure.
2. Limit access & client portal embedding: We don't have a built-in feature to restrict access or advanced embedding options tailored for a client portal at the moment.
3. Disable "powered by teampal": Right now, the...
1) Is there anyway to get confirmation that the API endpoints are in fact the real models offered by OpenAI, Anthropic etc.?
2) Your competitor Gumloop (possibly your biggest direct competitor) offers BYOK. Will you consider putting this on your roadmap?

A: 1. We completely understand the concern, but we guarantee 100% that we connect directly and officially to OpenAI, Anthropic, and other official providers. To be completely honest, if we were using cracked or fake models, tech giants like OpenAI and Anthropic definitely wouldn't let us sit here quietly operating and serving users! You are absolutely getting the real, premium performance and...
Q: What does one time chat credits mean? I have monthly credits and one time chat credits what is the difference?

A: One-time credits are credits that you purchase and can use indefinitely until they run out, and there is no expiration date. Monthly credits, on the other hand, reset on the date you purchased your plan, regardless of whether they have been used up or not, with no rollover to the next month
Q: How is it a team if it has no persistent agent memory?
I was reading a less than favourable review, that Team Pal doesn't have the ability for the agents to persistently remember what they have to do. So this does away with any form of automation or handing off tasks if agents can't remember the basic parameters and rules of how the agent is meant to run or be scripted. So you lose the whole benefit of AI by not having a persistent agent who can...

A: Thanks for reaching out! To be honest, the reviewer seems to be mistaken, as our AI agent already has a memory update feature that was launched a long time ago. Perhaps they were confused somewhere along the way. If you want an agent to update its memory about something, you simply need to write a prompt saying 'Update your memory about…' and it will be updated right away
This isn't persistent memory though this is reprompting the agent to follow a course of action that I may have already told it in a previous session. As to the review, I was asking the question based on your response to a previous question on appsumo, that you stated the agents weren't persistent and you had to reprompt as they couldn't remember instructions to the next session.
To clear things up: our agents' memory is actually designed to be permanent. Once you update an agent's memory, it should remember that logic across all future sessions without you needing to reprompt it every time. If your agent is completely forgetting instructions from a previous session, this isn't how the tool is supposed to work. It sounds like a temporary bug or a sync glitch
Thanks Jeff for clarifying the persistence that is really important to me. I don't mind training the agents and updating them with training iterations, but don't have the time to retrain from scratch.

thanks, the last question was: are those features in your roadmap? :-)
Unfortunately, these features are not currently included in our product roadmap
