I just noticed that the new website does not provide a way to contact them, and if you check their social media accounts, they don't exist. This is a new way to validate this type of platform; they need to have contact information and social media accounts. It costs money to maintain a good online presence, and having this is a valid criterion to measure potential scam companies, like the current one that has left us behind.

Title. Is this dead? If they're not gonna support it can they at least notify us and stop showing a shell website.

Initially i thought Texta suddenly stopped working due to some temporary error. But quite strange to see this that A tool which growing fast, suddenly collapsed with no support emails. Whenever i am trying to generate content, its landing us to Upgrade it despite of Lifetime. Tried contacting the [email protected] , even drop a text in the chat but no response.

I request the team behind Texta.ai to get the resolution done at the earliest of all our fellow here.

I purchased Texta a year ago but why texts is not generating content? Who will be responsible to provide the service which we purchased. No one is answering on emails.
