I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and have run a few campaigns. Everything works as expected. However, the UI is not intuitive enough, the documentation is unclear, and the support team is not very responsive, so you have to wait for their response for a few days. I think they’re focusing on something else or simply need someone who can dedicate more time to supporting existing customers. Overall, it’s a great and solid product, but I’m not sure how long it will last.

The product already paid for itself. But the support will not help at all. If they do, it is information that tells me nothing.
I don't know how to do webhooks, or any of the technical stuff. They won't help with getting me replies on the app. Even though the app is set as default.
Support needs to be much better for a 5 star review so I can actually use it properly.

I have the application downloaded on my home phone but I cant download it again on my personal phone because it wont let me. So I decided to add myself as a subuser. The only problem now is I dont get notifications when a new message comes in. I also realized that even the main phone dont get notifications.
Also on the list of messages on platform, can we get a way to know what messages are new and which one is already opened and read.

Finally setting up the product. Took about 7 hours to do but now i can do it in about 25 minutes.
SMSTextlinik needs a bit better more detailed write out
two things where you might get stuck which has zero information on
1) + is needed dont forget the + with every number
2) if you have your dev help you set up make sure you give the master password to your account because the API from The account you give him vs yours are ACTUALLY DIFFERENT!

that was the two mistakes we made and took us so long to figure out now we have sms working its a great feeling.

so for me yes the product works good but for APPSUMO - Even appsumo had difficulty getting them to write you and there customer service detailed responses are basically what you get if you try to ask your ex girlfriend what is wrong. a few words or a sentence...You need to be a detective and try to decipher that sentence, They are really not looking into details or being bothered in API set ups. They will just use there famous sentence Your phone is to old and cant handle it. Which was the reply i got with my 1 star review Twice. lol Which from any technically experienced person knows that's a way to deflect and end a conversation with minimal effort!

So they don't deserve a 1 star at all. the product is great! 100% but be prepared if you buy this to get minimal responses.

Maybe you guys can better update your content in regards to making it easier to set up with the pitfalls. i have added two pitfalls that i would have never known if i didn't design the software myself. Hopefully you can better add to the technical issues of setting up your product, making less people confused and getting quicker set up results.

A plataforma não correspondeu totalmente às minhas expectativas. Um dos principais problemas é que o número de envio das SMS aparece como sendo o nosso número pessoal, quando deveria existir a opção de apresentar o nome da empresa (sender ID), algo essencial para comunicação profissional.

Além disso, tenho uma base de cerca de 15.000 contactos e, durante um processo de warm-up, após aproximadamente 100 envios fui automaticamente bloqueado pela Vodafone, ficando impedido de continuar. Na prática, isto tornou a aplicação inútil neste momento para campanhas de maior escala.

A aplicação Android também precisa de várias melhorias. O funcionamento ainda depende de muitos atalhos e passos pouco intuitivos até conseguir realmente colocar tudo a operar corretamente.

Com algumas melhorias técnicas e maior flexibilidade no envio, tem potencial… mas ainda está um bocadinho verde para um uso profissional mais exigente.
