Q: Where are the details?

Honestly without more information this is going into the "sketchy" bucket. How can you expect to get people to buy something they don't see the basics?
Why don't you have demos on your site?
Example agents so we can see if they are robotic?
Disclosure on phone number prices?
How many numbers are included for AppSumo?
Limits on how many agents?
A credit = ??
Do appsumo customers get access to the customizing? If so pricing?
How about some transparency??
Latency on the agents between responses?

Did they just say $5 a month for a number? Ridiculous price gouging.

There is no pricing page, I smell it one of those fishy delals in app sumo. If it's not please provide videos demos etc

@wantrepreneur the pricing page to which you linked has only part of the information and then links to another pricing page behind a login. There is something sketchy going on with this offer. Weakest tier, no refunds, no special rate for additional credits if Sumoling business grows. Smooth operator (ironically), even pump and dump type feel.

@wantrepreneur I watched Dave's quick demo of Thoughtly. Worked much better than I thought. The default language and tone from the AI receptionist was spot on. The receptionist could answer basic questions about Dave's content. The only hole in the demo was that the AI receptionist did not give the customer the date of the appointment, only time. Easily fixed. Thoughtly does have real potential.

Thanks for the follow-up comment Alec! Note that the pricing page (behind login) is shown in a screenshot on the public billing page, so everything is shown up-front without a need for login.

With that said, you can always login regardless and buy the LTD later! If you prefer not to, just check out the different plans on our docs page.

I made an account and the pricing displayed on your account page does not match the pricing that @Torrey_Thoughtly's link shows. Something doesn't seem right about this.

I don't understand the no refunds. They say it is because "The refund policy is due to the high risk of international telephony fraud and abuse but why would that matter if a refunded account is deleted?

If a refunded account is deleted after committing fraud or abusing the platform, we could be out thousands of dollars 😭 – this is sadly the byproduct of being a SaaS in an expensive industry: telephony. Making calls can be expensive.

With that said, you can always use the platform for free with the 500 trial credits! If you like it, you can buy your LTD. If not, you don't have to.
