Q: Support Questions

I have a tier 4 plan. Existing documentation and getting in touch with support is a challenge, therefore, posting here instead of leaving a negative review.
1. Two-way plugin, i.e. installed on our site and installed one in ThriveDesk to read WooCommerce data. Runs into errors. Surprisingly, pressed the browser 'back' button & it detected the plugin somehow. I still can't understand how that happened. Errors in the code?
2. During onboarding, if you used an email to register the account and then try adding that as one of the support emails, it warns you and tells you to change 'account owner' email first. When I try doing that, it says that 'I am not allowed to change email.'
3. If I try adding a website source for AI Bot, it has a limit of pages that can be added. It errors out saying 'Insufficient credits to perform this request
