Q: Agency Account Calendar Limits
On the Agency level, it appears you get unlimited users but only 25 calendars. Is that per client account or total. And if total, how can we purchase more calendar connections when we get to the point we need them?

The 25 calendar connections refer to the account owner's calendars that can be added to the agency plan. Those are not team member calendars.
One can invite an unlimited number of team members to the account, but each team member has to have a free or paid TidyCal account to be able to join, and once they join your account, you will be able to see their calendars.
