Agency Bookings - Make.com broken?

Hello, \u000aI recently upgraded our plan to an agency plan. Before we used make.com to \u0022watch for new booking\u0022 and now it no longer works with our team bookings. Is this a known issue? Is the API updated to work with team bookings? Thank you for your help.

Hello beerswithcontractors,\u000a\u000aAt this time, the TidyCal API and Make.com integration are only compatible with bookings made under the main (individual) account. \u000aTeam and agency bookings aren\u0027t yet supported through the API, which means automation tools like Make.com won’t detect those bookings… yet. :)\u000a\u000a✅ Good news: Expanding API and automation support for team/agency bookings is on our roadmap, and we’re actively working on it.\u000a\u000aThanks for your feedback and patience — we’re building fast, and updates are coming soon!\u000aHave a great day and kind regards!

For team bookings, TidyCal uses a different set of API endpoints. You’ll want to check your TidyCal API documentation to make sure you’re using the team\u002Dspecific ones.
