Q: Agency question - Client
When I read agency, I understand that it is focused on having "sub-accounts".
In this case, the "teams" are agency clients, with their own settings/logins/etc.? Or am I getting this wrong? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us!
The Agency plan is designed to help you manage multiple teams or businesses from one main (admin) account, but it's not a full sub-account system in the traditional sense.
Here’s how it works:
As the Agency owner, you can create and manage multiple calendars and booking types, each potentially representing a different business or team.
However, these are not fully isolated sub-accounts with separate logins, branding, or settings.
If you need your clients (or "teams") to participate with you in your account, you can invite them to join your team — but they will not get a fully independent dashboard or account experience. Each team member will have to have their own free or paid TidyCal account to be able to join your team.
All management can still happen centrally through your Agency dashboard up to some degree.
So in summary:
✅ Yes, it’s built to manage multiple people or businesses.
❌ No, it doesn’t provide traditional “sub-accounts” where each client has their own independent login and admin environment.
We trust this will help!
With kind regards!
