Q: Any plan to bring back the "add to calendar" feature in notification email ?

Hello,

Earlier, when receiving a booking confirmation email (as host), the mail was formated sothat I could add it to my calendar. One day, it has been removed. Support replied "for GDPR reason". Dispite the fact I'm a certified DPO, I see no link between GDPR and the this feature.

So, for over a year, every after every single reservation on tidycal, I need to MANUALLY add it to my agenda. Oh yes, for GDPR reason, my agenda is not sync with tidycal, only my availabilities.

If not bringing back this feature, would you mind attaching an ICS file with the meeting details sothat I can add it with a click on my agenda ?

Otherwise, I'm afraid my paid license has become useless...

The feature will not be brought back, as now we record all users new meetings and bookings automatically to their primary calendars. 😊

Hi Natasha,
Mainly for GDPR reason, my calendar shared with Tidycal has never been my primary calendar.
When I purchased the LTD licence, Tidycal was working perfectly in that configuration : every booking confirmation contained a calendar event, sothat I could add it to my calendar.
What the point of removing that "lifetime" feature ??
Tidycal is almost useless for me now : will you refund me ?
