At this time, there is no feature that would allow account owner to block someone from booking with them.
Please feel free to add requests for such a feature here:
https://roadmap.TidyCal.com/ideas so people can vote for it, please.

This way, the chances of getting any feature added are much faster, as other users will vote on it, and the more upvotes an idea gets, the better your chances are of seeing it live soon, as we will continue adding features based on this page in the future. This is how features get added to the app.
