Q: Booking gets stuck loading and doesn’t complete
Hi there,
I’m experiencing a bug when trying to schedule a meeting through TidyCal.
After selecting the options and clicking to proceed, the system just keeps loading (spinning) and nothing happens afterward. It doesn’t move to the confirmation step or complete the booking.
This issue is preventing users from scheduling successfully.
Could you please help me identify what’s causing this and how to fix it?

Exact same problem! Sydney, Australia. I tested as much on my end to confirm that its not from the following:
- not network related
- not device related
- not card or bank related
- not tidycal settings related
- not payment related
Hopefully this gets fixed soon, just started using their services yesterday.
