The cancellation/reschedule policy in TidyCal is solely in the hands of bookers, and they might cancel or reschedule the meeting any time they wish.

You can indicate your terms and conditions in the booking type description and manage your own policy that way, for now.

In TidyCal itself, there isn't any option that would allow changing cancellation rules, specifying cancellation deadlines, associated fees, or any other relevant settings.

In that example, you can see the Terms and Conditions displayed below the About the Meeting part, and when booking, after choosing the date and times, you will see that the question "I've read the terms & conditions and agree to them" with a checkbox will appear on a booking page.
