Q: Can the frequency of auto-sync with the integrated calendar be increase.
I understand from Q&A that the current auto-sync is every 10-15 mins. This is actually difficult if we are making changes on the spot and can't see if change immediately. (Or at least give us a manual-sync botton?)

This is a great question. The issue sometimes with this Q&A is that our answers are old before we make improvements. So some of our answers are no longer accurate. The best way to see what's happening now is to use the app yourself, or make sure the answers are more recent.
For auto-sync...
For Google Calendar, the sync is now instant. We changed around our syncing process so it happens within milliseconds of your integrated calendar being updated. From our understanding, this is the same structure that Calendly uses — so we should have syncing that is just as accurate (if not more so).
For other calendar integrations (i.e. iCal and Office 365), we sped those up considerably, too.
