The lifetime license does include integration with MS Teams, but only for business or educational MS accounts for now, while personal accounts are unsupported yet.

Is your MS Teams account business or educational?

If so, your account will automatically send a Microsoft Teams meeting link upon booking.

In case you do not see that link and you have a required MS Teams account, you will want to disconnect and reconnect your MS Teams account from TidyCal to refresh the connection here:
https://tidycal.com/integrations/video-conferences

Once that is done, you may reschedule the booking, and the MS Teams link should appear.
