RupeshQ: Can we use blue.cc as an alternative to Clust Doc for managing our university application process?
We are exploring the possibility of using blue.cc for our application management system and have two primary use cases:
Use Case 1: Student Application Process
Students will submit their applications through an online form (via Aidaform or Google Form). Once submitted, the applications will be reviewed by our staff. After approval, login credentials will be created using Zapier, and an automated email will be sent to the student.
Question: Is it possible to automate this entire workflow—application review, credential creation, and email notification—using blue.cc’s integration with Zapier? I would appreciate details on how this can be implemented.
Our process involves multiple stages, and we want students to see only the actions required for their current stage.
For example:
University Application: Initially, only tasks related to university applications should be visible.
Visa Application: Once the university stage is complete, the system should transition to the visa application stage, displaying only the relevant requirements.
Question: Can blue.cc support this kind of stage-based visibility and action display? Please guide us on the best approach.
