Q: Clarification around plans
Just looking for confirmation around the agency plan as I'm seeing some conflicting info.
I own a service-based business with a team of 5. Each team member needs their own schedule/calendar, and clients need to be able to book with each of them individually. When a client books, they are required to pay, with payments going to the company's Stripe account. The team member should then be notified of the booking, and a confirmation email should be sent to the client.
For the above scenario, I understand that an Agency plan is needed. For the individual team members, will they each require an individual plan, or will a free plan suffice?
Thanks!

Aug 2, 2025A: For your service-based business with a team of five, each requiring their own schedule, individual client bookings, and payments directed to your company's Stripe account, an Agency Plan is necessary.
With the Agency Plan, when using Round-Robin or Collective booking types, your company's Stripe account will handle all payment integrations. This means individual team members do not need to purchase separate Individual Plans; a Free Plan for each team member is sufficient for them to be part of the team and for bookings to be processed through your company's payment integration. The team member will receive booking notifications, and a confirmation email will be sent to the client as part of the automated scheduling features.
