Q: Clarification on TidyCal Tier 2 and Team Availability Setup
I have a large number of members, and I want to allow clients to book time with them based on each member’s availability. Each member should be able to connect their own calendar so we can accurately show when they are available.
Here’s how I see the setup:
- I create a team under my Tier 2 account.
- I invite members to join using the free plan.
- I generate one booking link for clients.
- The booking link should show time slots only when at least one team member is available.
- If no one is available today, no time should be offered.
- If tomorrow only Alice is available, then her slots should appear, and bookings should be automatically assigned to her.
Does Tier 2 support this workflow? Will I be able to achieve this setup using the Round Robin or Team scheduling feature? Thanks

Thanks for outlining your use case!
Based on what you’ve described, you're essentially looking for a team-based Round Robin setup where:
- Each team member connects their own calendar,
- A shared booking link shows only the combined availability of active team members,
- Bookings are automatically assigned to the available person,
- And no time is shown if no one is available.
Here’s how this works in TidyCal Tier 2:
✅ Supported:
- Yes, Tier 2 allows you to invite users to join your team, and they all should have a free or paid TidyCal account and connected calendars so you can see those calendars in the team booking type setting.
- You can use the Round Robin feature, which automatically assigns bookings to available team members based on their connected calendar availability.
- If only one team member is available at a certain time, the booking will be routed to them — just as you described.
❌ Not supported yet:
- TidyCal does not currently support a unified booking link that dynamically aggregates all team member availability into one single public-facing calendar. Each Round Robin or Team booking calendar needs to be configured explicitly with selected team members, rather than inviting “any free member” dynamically.
We trust this will help, and we wish you a great day!
