Q: Clarification on Tidycal usage for multi-provider booking directories
Hi!
We operate an online directory listing independent transportation professionals.
Each professional has their own booking page and manages availability, pricing,
and customer communication directly.
The platform:
- does not assign bookings or dispatch providers
- does not set prices
- does not process payments
- acts only as a directory and technology provider
As platform owner, we may have administrative visibility over multiple calendars
for technical support and aggregated analytics, without managing or modifying bookings.
Bookings are confirmed directly by the selected professional,
and in some cases the first professional to confirm handles the request,
without any assignment by the platform.
Can you please confirm that this usage of Tidycal is compliant
with your Terms of Service and acceptable use policies?
Thank you.

We can't provide legal confirmations about Terms of Service compliance through our Q&A section, but I can help clarify how TidyCal works for your use case.
Each professional would need their own TidyCal account to manage their own booking page, availability, pricing, and customer communication independently. TidyCal doesn't have a built-in directory or multi-provider platform feature, so each provider would operate their account separately.
For more specific guidance on whether your setup aligns with our terms, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to discuss the details.
