Q: Daily booking

1. Can I allow customers to book a product for an entire day or multi-day durations (e.g., 1, 3, or 7 days)?

2. I want to charge different prices based on rental length (e.g., $20 for 1 day, $50 for 3 days, $100 for 7 days). Is there support for duration-based pricing?

3. I have 30+ rental products, and ideally, I’d want each to have its own calendar or booking setup. Can I create 30+ individual booking calendars, each with their own settings?

Here’s how TidyCal handles these features:

-Booking for Full Day or Multi-Day Durations:
TidyCal supports package bookings, so you can set up bookings that span multiple days. However, the longest booking duration per day is 23 hours and 50 minutes, as TidyCal does not support 24-hour or full-day (midnight-to-midnight) bookings.

-Duration-Based Pricing:
With package bookings, each day adds a single daily price, and the total price updates dynamically on the booking page as customers select the number of days. So, if your daily rate is $20, a 3-day booking will show a total of $60 automatically.

-Multiple Booking Calendars:
You can create 30+ individual booking types each with its own settings, availability, and pricing to manage different rental products separately. However, for rental-type services like yours, the Agency plan is recommended. Each property would have its own free TidyCal account and calendar, then be added to your team as a team member. This setup allows multiple bookings to be recorded for the same date and time across different calendars.
