Q: Display & Reschedule Subject
1) Is it possible to control or hide the display of Time Zone and Mutual Availability during booking and rescheduling? On mobile, these take unnecessary space. Ideally, this could be optional or moved below the calendar.
2) During rescheduling, could the Cancel Meeting button and Meeting Description be placed at the bottom instead of the top for better flow?
3) Reschedule email subject lines can be confusing. For example, instead of
“Booking rescheduled with New Home Sales – New Homes Barrie,”
could it read: “Meeting Rescheduled – New Homes Barrie”?
in this example Host Name is: New Home Sales & Meeting Name is: New Homes Barrie.
Appreciate your support and looking forward to your response.

Feb 4, 2026A: Thank you for the detailed feedback on these three items—they all relate to improving the mobile experience and notification clarity, which we take seriously.
On your specific points:
Timezone & Mutual Availability display on mobile:
We understand these fields consume valuable space on smaller screens. This is noted as a potential optimization for a mobile-specific layout in a future update.
Reschedule button placement:
Moving the "Cancel Meeting" button to the bottom is a UX improvement we can consider. This would improve the flow, especially on mobile.
Email subject line clarity:
The current format includes both host and meeting names for context, but we recognize it can feel verbose. A cleaner format like "Meeting Rescheduled – [Meeting Name]" is worth exploring.
These are all solid UX improvements. We'd love to see more of this feedback—please consider visiting our roadmap (https://roadmap.tidycal.com) or feature request board to vote on these items so we can prioritize them based on community demand. Thanks again.
