Does Agency plan support users with different email domains?

I run 2 businesses each with its separate domain name. Does the agency plan allow me to add users from both domains?

Thank you. I just upgraded and added a new team member but they don\u0027t have any of the features I do! For example, they cannot connect to more than 1 calendar. Does each team member have to upgrade in order to use the individual plan features?

Yes — you can add members with different email domains. That said, we don’t recommend running multiple businesses under one Agency plan, since things like primary calendars can overlap. You can set up multiple teams, but it works best when they’re all under the same company.
