Your profile image space in TidyCal is meant to serve as your logo image space, so you can apply your branding. You may choose the colors of your booking page that match your branding color palette or embed your booking types directly on your webpage!

As for the email reminders, there are two email reminders you can edit in the edit mode of each booking type. Those emails are addition to the automatic confirmation emails or cancelation emails sent by TidyCal.
