Q: Hi, I am currently using the free version of TidyCall and am planning to upgrade to the one-time plan.
Recently, I have had a few cancellations made by customers, but I cannot see any reason why they cancelled their bookings. When customers click the cancellation link, there is no compulsory question form before they proceed.
I was wondering if upgrading the plan offers a solution to this issue, such as requiring customers to provide a reason before cancelling.

Aug 14, 2024A: Upgrading to the one-time plan won't provide a solution to this issue, as requiring customers to provide a reason before canceling is not an option available, even for lifetime license accounts. We appreciate your feedback, and it's something we may consider for future updates, but currently, this feature isn't supported.
