Q: Hi!
I've connected my account to 5 of my Google calendars (and imported my booking types from Calendly). Everything should be good to go except for some reason, the Tidy Cal booking page won't block out the existing calendar slots which are already booked according to my existing Google calendars. How do I troubleshoot for this? I didn't have this problem using Calendly.

To block off busy events on your booking calendar, so that can be applied to ALL booking types in TidyCal, you can refer to this video tutorial on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l55I6CRcj8&t=16s
All the dates in your Google calendar that you don't want to have bookings over have to be set as "busy".
Those “busy” events and dates will never be bookable in TidyCal, and you will only have bookings on the dates you left unmodified. :)
