Hi! I'm inquiring about Zapier updates. I just started using my TidyCal and it's awesome. I love that I can connect to Zapier and send out an email to my clients on what they need for our sessions. However, the same message gets sent to anyone who makes any type of appointment because Zapier only connects to the app itself and doesn't distinguish between any appointment types. There needs to be a way to choose which appointment type you want to send specific messages to because right now you can't delineate it and that makes it way less functional than it should be. It's this something that is being worked on or considered? OR is there a work around that I'm not considering? I really think it will make a big difference in user satisfaction and app amazingness in the long run.
On your site you are supposed to have a page for feature requests that you shared to someone else asking you a question - that page doesn't exist. There should also be a page for your roadmap - https://roadmap.tidycal.com/ - it doesn't exist. TidyCal seem abandoned. Is it? Also, what is the difference with the Agency version compared to the other version, except for the more calendar integrations? White labeled URL? Anything else? Is it possible to configure time and date formats resp currencies?

Looking at your FAQs about integrations, I only see mentions of Zoom. I want to be able to use my own self-hosted Jitsi (or BigBlueButton) videoconferencing server. Does your UI allow setting custom URLs for videoconferencing, with randomized parts? For example, being able to tell it to use foo.mydomain.com/randomly_generated_hash_here for one team/brand, and bar.mydomain.com/some_other_randomly_generated_hash_here for another person/team/brand? I absolutely do not want to use Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
