Q: I'm currently using Acuity because it's the only platform I've found so far that will allow me to bulk book ...
client's recurring bookings from my end. People work with me in an ongoing capacity and so being able to have them book the first session but then book their recurring monthly sessions over a 6-12 month period is something I need. Does TidyCal allow for this? If it's the same as Calendly, I've tested Calendly and it doesn't allow for this at present. Thanks so much in advance!

May 14, 2024A: Hi KatherineM,
I appreciate your interest in TidyCal, and I'm pleased to share some exciting news that aligns with your needs.
TidyCal now offers a feature called Package Bookings, allowing you to accept a specific number of daily or weekly bookings. This functionality enables you to set up recurring appointments over a longer period of time, similar to what you described with Acuity.
With Package Bookings, you can efficiently manage ongoing client relationships and schedule recurring sessions with ease. If you'd like more details on how to utilize this feature or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for considering TidyCal, and we look forward to supporting your business needs.
Hello I have the same need. Please let me know if anyone from TidayCal responds.
Thank you, that's exactly what I was looking for. I did just sign up for a free trial and saw that!
Hi Garry, I have just purchased off the back of your reply but now that I actually have access to the setting, I see the package bookings only allow for the client to book in a set number of sessions either daily or weekly. I need to be able to book 2 sessions a month for up to 12 months (my clients have the same time recurring every two weeks). This feature is really important to me in a scheduler, as I previously mentioned, and so far Acuity is the only one that allows me to book a recurring session every 2 weeks for a set period of time.
Can you please advise whether there is a way around this or an update coming that will allow for this. Otherwise I feel like I've purchased this off wrong information. Thanks.
