Q: Is it possible to set a timezone?

I'm booking a pickup for tourists who are traveling.

The meeting point will always be in MY timezone and not theirs when they are booking the pickup.

Your case is quite specific!🙂
While there is no option to preset and make a fixed time zone on one booking page, you will need to specify that in the instructions in the booking description so your clients can choose your time zone when booking.

This should be a feature that you add. Calendly offers it, and it's pretty basic. This can be a critical factor when choosing another calendar platform. Can you solve this?

I second this. Changing a time zone for a single booking link as opposed to on a global (profile) level is extremely important and not an edge case at all. Alternatively, just being able to set the time zone for the custom availability time slots would also work. Having this at the profile level is extremely confusing when working with people across time zones, when traveling temporarily, etc.

I second this. working with people across time zones and traveling is SO normal - needed to be a feature yesterday!
