Q: Is there a way to have a client be sent files after they have paid and booked for an appointment?
I often send questionnaires or google forms as check ins for clients, can sending these to the client be automated?

At this time, TidyCal does not have a built-in option to automatically send files or links (like questionnaires or Google Forms) after a client books and pays for an appointment.
That said, a simple workaround many users use is to include links to forms, files, or resources directly in the confirmation or reminder emails that are sent automatically after booking.
You can customize these emails within your booking settings to include whatever links or information you want your clients to receive.
