No fees at this time with accepting payments via the default "TidyCal" method. Additionally, you also have the option to change your payment method collection to Stripe or PayPal, and use your own Stripe keys or PayPal email address. Enjoy!
Thanks however, I am being charged fees of 3% where as when I used acuity scheduler I was charged a lot less with stripe.
Hey, emma202!
Sounds like there's some confusion here. We're not taking any additional fees, so any fees that you're getting charged with the TidyCal payment type are default fees that Stripe would charge. It doesn't sound like the 3% is correct: https://stripe.com/pricing
You can corroborate our "no extra fees" by connecting your own Stripe (or PayPal) account, and seeing that there's no difference in the fees that we charge vs. what you get charged on your own.
If you have any questions about Stripe/PayPal fees, we recommend you reach out to those businesses for support.
