Hi, I have a few pre-sale questions before deciding between the Individual Plan and the Agency Plan:
- Calendar Logic / Availability
Is it possible to connect multiple calendars to one booking workflow?
Example: A client books a session with me and a partner. The booking should only show available slots when both calendars are free. Is this currently supported?
- Multiple Branded Use Cases
Can I create separate booking pages under one account, each with different branding?
Example: One for my consulting services and one for training/coaching.
- Email Notifications
Can reminder and confirmation emails be customized?
Which email address is used as the sender — mine (custom domain) or yours?
- Plan Recommendation
Considering the setup above, which of the current AppSumo plans is the better fit: the Individual Plan or the Agency Plan?

Thanks for the great questions! Here’s how this works in TidyCal:
• Calendar Logic / Availability:
Yes — if you need a booking to show only when multiple people are available at the same time, you can use Collective Team booking types. This requires the Agency Plan.
• Multiple Branded Use Cases:
Also possible with the Agency Plan. You can create multiple Teams, each with its own branding, booking pages, and setup (e.g., one for consulting, one for coaching).
• Email Notifications:
You can customize confirmation and reminder emails. These are sent from TidyCal’s system sender, but the content itself is fully editable.
• Plan Recommendation:
Based on your needs — shared availability + separate branded environments — the Agency Plan is the best fit.
